At Adico Care we are committed to delivering the highest standards of care- and that starts with our care staff. They complete a thorough induction, including the Care Certificate that reflects their dedication to providing safe, compassionate and high quality support.

Our carers undergo comprehensive training to ensure they are not only skilled but also kind, respectful, and attentive to your loved one's needs. From first aid, and medication management to dementia care and safeguarding, our team is fully equipped to support your loved one with confidence and care.

We believe in continuous learning, keeping our staff up to date with latest best practices in home care. ​To further develop their expertise, carers are encouraged to work toward additional qualifications, such as NVQ in care.
